Purchase Procedure

1. Doosan Industrial Vehicle (DIV) products are distributed via a worldwide network of dealers who also offer quotations and consultation.

2. The customers can receive a quote after selecting forklift specifications and options most appropriate for the worksite through a consultation with a representative at the dealer.

3. The production begins according to your order specifications. The period of production may differ depending on the ordered vehicle types, options and specifications. The customers can check the status of their order through a representative in charge of the contract.

4. Produced vehicles are shipped and delivered to the customers. Hereafter, experienced after-care service personnel will provide customer services such as regular maintenance and warranty repairs.

1. Forklifts are very effective items of logistics equipment that can enhance work efficiency at diverse types of industrial sites. As such, it is very important to determine the optimal specifications according to the nature of the work involved, the type of load, and the working environment. 4. Registration and Regular Inspection of Forklift Trucks

Future Doosaners

Doosan has a strong sense of social responsibility and believes that education is the foundation that leads the development of a nation, individual and company. As such, Doosan participates in the support of education and scholarship programs around the world.

Between 2001 and 2012, Doosan helped build 26 Project Hope Schools in China and is currently assisting in the building of 7 more schools. Recently, DIV provided 3D puzzles to the Arim elementary school students in the South Korean town of Kyungnam. Even though the puzzles are not easy to assemble, these future Doosaners had great success assembling and presenting them. DIV were delighted by their expressions of love and affection for Doosan and are certain they will remain fans of DIV and Doosan for many years to come!
